Call for Proposals
As the backbone of the Road Safety Movement, an annual call for proposals will be launched to identify, recognize and fund projects that demonstrate their effectiveness in preventing traffic fatalities and injuries and are likely to be replicated.
Seguridad Vial Somos Tod@s Award - 2023 Winners
With the purpose of detecting best practices in Mexico and supporting initiatives emanating from civil society that could be replicated, we successfully launched the first Somos Tod@s Road Safety Award. Thanks to the support and commitment of experts who participated as members of the judging panel, the projects with the highest scores in their evaluation were identified and, based on this, the winners in each of the categories were defined.
In the category of safe infrastructure, the winning project is “Spaces for Peace and Dignity,” presented by the organization Da Tartuk Impacto Social A.C.
In the category of Safe Mobility Users we have two winners. The first one, “Cinco panes y dos peces A.C.” with the project “Sumando Voluntades por la Vida y la Seguridad Vial”.
Our second winning project in the category of safe mobility users is “Safe School Zone” from the MOVAC organization.
